Certificates of Completion: Certificates are issued within the framework of state-authorized continuing professional education. Your Science is officially recognized as a registered provider of continuing vocational training (gestionnaire d’un organisme de formation professionnelle continue) in Luxembourg. Certificates confirm course completion but do not constitute formal academic degrees.

Withdrawal Policy: By purchasing digital content, you waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. This waiver is confirmed by explicit consent during checkout.

Shipping Policy: Books and other goods are shipped in perfect condition via Post Luxembourg. Should a product nevertheless arrive damaged, please notify us within 5 days of delivery and include photographic evidence. We will assess your case and, if justified, offer a suitable solution. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Prices & VAT: Prices are stated in EUR. VAT is not charged in accordance with Article 57 of the Luxembourg VAT Law and applicable EU regulations for small businesses.
